Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items that meet the following requirements:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Return requests must be initiated within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order. (Within 30 days)
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit for the purchase amount (excluding original shipping charges).

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or breaks due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email before returning the item. Our team will provide instructions for the claims process and determine the appropriate resolution.
Approved damaged or defective items may be replaced at no additional cost.
Order Changes
Need to change the color of an item after placing your order? We understand mistakes happen.
Please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your requested change.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications.
